KSTAR delivers its smart PV solutions at REI2019

[India, 18–20 September 2019] KSTAR showcased its all-scenario smart PV solutions at REI 2019, India's largest exhibition and conference for the solar industry. Residential, commercial and industrial PV products were unveiled and attracted numerous visitors to the stand. Highlights included the KSG-100K-HDV and KSG-175K-HDV.

India is an important market for KSTAR. As the country's energy needs continue to rise, greater use of renewable energy by 2030 could generate economic benefits equivalent to 12 times the installation costs when avoided environmental and health damage is taken into account. Solar energy is expected to become the country's second-largest source of renewable energy. In response, KSTAR introduced new smart PV solutions to India to meet growing local energy demand, support economic growth and improve access to energy.

KSTAR showcased its new KSG-100K-HDV and KSG-175K-HDV string grid-connected PV inverters, featuring 6/12 MPPTs, 12/24 DC inputs, AFCI protection and a smart I-V curve function. Their advanced features, including efficiency of up to 99.0%, an LED display with Bluetooth app connectivity, an optional night-time SVG function, and LVRT/HVRT/FRT capabilities, attracted considerable interest from overseas EPCs, installers, distributors and project managers. Higher energy yields, smart operation and maintenance (O&M), and a strong R&D team are key characteristics of KSTAR's smart PV solutions, helping ensure greater reliability and better returns on investment for PV plant owners and installers.
